FDI Center contributed to several sessions at the Barcelona New Economy Week, a physical and digital B2B event that was attended by over 10,000 participants. FDI Center’s managing director, Andreas Dressler, provided a practical perspective on new economic and policy measures affecting FDI worldwide, participating in a panel with the heads of the investment promotion agencies of Costa Rica and Chile. FDI Center’s Paola Suarez Buhrmann led two panels, including a discussion on the future of Barcelona as a destination for investment as well as a panel on the role of special economic zones in Latin America’s economic recovery.
