On March 12-15, managing director, Andreas Dressler will be in Cannes to attend and speak at MIPIM, the world’s leading real estate market event. MIPIM is a 4-day real estate exhibition, conference and networking event gathering over 25,000 international property professionals, in Cannes every year.  

Andreas will be speaking on the panel discussion “Navigating Growth in the CEE Region: Trends, Opportunities, and Innovations”. This panel will take place on Wednesday, 13 March at 11:10 – 12:10. Attendees of this session can expect to gain an in-depth understanding of the CEE region’s real estate industry trends and opportunities in key asset classes and explore the opportunities arising from nearshoring, manufacturing, and e-commerce in the face of rising operating costs, inflation, and geopolitical concerns. The panel will also delve into how the CEE region has become a leading destination for FDI and how it’s taking advantage of its cost competitiveness, economic stability, and advancing infrastructure. 

The session will be opened with a short presentation by a representative from Savills and followed by the panel discussion. Andreas will be joined by a number of experts including representatives from CTP, the Hungarian embassy and Echo Investment.

Andreas will also be moderating the session “Investment Opportunities in Poland – Silesia Summit: the Katowice Metropolis as a magnet for talent, innovation and investment”. This session will take place on Wednesday 13, March at 14:10 – 15:10 and focus on investment opportunities in the Silesian region of Poland. Alongside him on the panel will be representatives from Capital Park Group and ALTA S.A.
