In line with the International Women’s Day 2025 theme “Accelerate Action”, FDI Center will host a webinar on “Integrating Gender Equality in Investment Promotion to Accelerate Action and Boost Investment Outcomes”. The webinar will take place on Wednesday, March 26 at 14:00 CET.  

The webinar will cover the following areas:  

• The business case for gender equality in investment promotion: How gender considerations drive economic and community benefits delivered by the session moderators Heather-Taylor Strauss, Economic Affairs Officer, UN ESCAP and Andreas Dressler, Managing Director, FDI Center.  

• Practical recommendations: Key findings from FDI Center’s latest report presented by FDI Center colleagues and writers of the report Kathryn Rothwell and Nada Snoussi.
• IPA and investor roundtable: Four IPA representatives and two global investors will share impactful strategies, initiatives and achievements in gender equality.
