Several members of the FDI Center team will participate in the Annual Investment Meeting (AIM), a leading FDI event held annually in Dubai from April 7 to 10, 2019. FDI Center’s managing director Andreas Dressler will moderate a panel discussion with senior representatives of Intel, IBM, Huawei and UNCTAD on “Foreseeing the Impact of Digital Economies” on April 8. Paola Suárez Buhrmann and Luigi Mercuri will also attend the AIM conference to meet with participating investment promotion agencies and companies. AIM is the world’s leading platform for Foreign Direct Investment (FDI). It is an initiative of the UAE Ministry of Economy, held under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, UAE Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai.
